Meet Jenny Morant

Jenny’s 14 years of experience as a real estate agent and 17 years of experience as a real estate investor sets her apart from her peers. From this experience, Jenny has learned that utilizing creative and analytical thinking helps get deals done quickly, efficiently and as stress free as possible. She understands and thoughtfully considers the psychology behind every side's position, which enables her to get to yes and close a deal faster than her peers.

 

Jenny has been investing in Los Angeles real estate for the past 17 years, so she is keenly aware of its market. That experience, coupled with the fact Jenny is a 4th generation real estate investor, enables her to bring a long-term, data driven perspective to her clients buying/selling decisions. She is eager to share with her clients her knowledge and the investment principles that have brought her and her family success over so many generations.

 

Originally from Santa Monica, Jenny has been a Manhattan Beach resident for 15 years and counting. She loves raising her 2 daughters in such an outstanding community. When she's not working, she spends her time with family and friends, enjoying local restaurants & coffee shops, on the beach, walking her dog, doing pilates and dance aerobics, and following U of Colorado at Boulder sports.
